Flavor – meaty, rich, concentrated soy sauce flavor.
appearance – golden tan, fine, free-flowing powder.

This product has excellent retention during heat processing and freezing and is heat fusible. This powder works well in stir-fry and useful for making marinades.

This powder comes ready to use and requires no preparation.
Reconstitution: 1 part Soy Sauce to 1 1/3 parts water. Reconstitute for use in any application calling for naturally brewed soy sauce or use directly in dry formulations.

Using our soy sauce powder is a great way to keep soy sauce always on hand. Mixes easily with water. This is a great product if you want to add soy flavor without the liquid. Our soy sauce mix will add the flavor of soy sauce with just a shake or two. You can mix our powder with water to create fresh soy sauce. It also works great in adding soy sauce flavor in dry seasonings, spice rubs, meat dishes, poultry dishes, marinades and snacks.

Ingredients: Soy Sauce (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Maltodextrin and Salt.

This product is also known as dehydrated soy sauce.
