MOLASSES GRANULES (DARK)

Description

Molases granules are a free-flowing granule. The color is dark brown. The flavor is sweet and typical of cane sugar and dark molasses. Molasses granules are often used in flavoring in foods and dishes such as gingerbread, pies, different types of puddings and Boston baked beans.  Molasses granules are  a popular alternative to table sugar because it is believed to be more natural since it is minimally processed and maintains many of the natural vitamins and minerals found in sugar cane.  Molasses powder is high in minerals including calcium, iron, and potassium.

This product is also referred to as molasses powder or molasses sugar.

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Cane Molasses and Cane Caramel.

Storage: The material shall be stored under normal food warehouse conditions in a closed polyethylene containers at 70 degrees F or below in a dry place.

Recommended Shelf Life: Under optimal storage conditions, this product will retain freshness for approximately six months.
