It is often referred to as powdered whole egg, dehydrated whole eggs or whole egg powder.
Egg powder can be used in place of fresh eggs for nearly any baking application requiring eggs. Dried eggs can be added directly to most recipes without having to be reconstituted with water first.
This is a great product for emergency food storage to prepare for a natural disaster or emergency.
One egg = 2 tablespoons water + 2 tablespoons powder
