Balsamic Vinegar Powder is a convenient dry form of balsamic vinegar. Balsamic Vinegar is the result of the blending of wine vinegar and the juice of grapes which are then carefully aged to obtain a harmonious balance of flavor. It is dried on a maltodextrin carrier so that the unique flavor and aroma are preserved.
Balsamic Vinegar Powder is used to add a tart and slightly sweet flavor to seasonings, rubs, marinades, barbecue sauces, salad dressings, and dry mixes. This dark tan powder holds that same bitter, full flavor of the vinegar itself. Try adding it to salad dressings, sauces, snacks for coating, dry mixes, soups, and other seasoning blends for a unique flavor.
Balsamic Vinegar Powder has been designed to allow its use in many unique and creative food formulations. This product provides a typical balsamic vinegar flavor.
Note: To reconstitute back to liquid, mix 1 part powder to 1 part water. To replace liquid in recipes, use approximately 21 grams of powder for every 100 grams of liquid.
This product is sometimes referred to as powdered vinegar or powdered balsamic vinegar.
Make sure to store in a cool, dark location for best freshness. Minimum of 2 years shelf life under cool and dry conditions.
