Flour Salt is food grade sodium chloride (salt) that is ground into a very fine powder. It will add a great, salty flavor to your dishes and baked goods.
Use it in cereals and baked goods. Also try it in butter or processed cheese. It works great as an ingredient in fillings, cake mixes, yeast foods, batters, mixes, and sauces. It works well when used for flavoring and also fermentation in self-rising flour. It is also an excellent flavoring in seasoning and spice mixes and in soup and gravy mixes.
This is also a good ingredient for chips, popcorn, cheese puffs, nuts, drink mixes, and instant pudding.
This product is shipped in a bulk bag in either 1/4 pound, 1/2 pound or 1 pound size. It is certified Kosher. Make sure to store in a cool, dry location away from heat.
